The cottage is ideal for those who value their own space with no shared amenities. Enjoy the open outlook and a sense of being away from it all, yet still within easy reach. Located just minutes from Deakin University and Epworth Hospital with Geelong’s CBD 15 minutes away. Quick Ring Road access makes this an ideal base for exploring the region and Surf Coast.

This is without doubt THE BEST LOCATION you could hope for when visiting Geelong West! Located in a quiet residential street but only a 2 minute walk from the hustle and bustle of Pakington Street which has an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques. A short 20 mins stroll will take you to GMHBA Stadium, 10-15 to the station, Geelong city centre and the Waterfront to enjoy an array of bars, live music venues and vibrant nightlife. The Spirit of Tasmania Ferry is only a 10 minute drive.

The Little Garden Pod is your own independent private oasis set at the rear of a beautiful & established garden It’s a heavily insulated bedroom with HD Google TV, Netflix, WiFi, reverse cycle split system, Ikea Poang chair & Queen size Murphy bed which converts into a wall mounted breakfast table Perfect as a base for a few nights while in town for work or to simply enjoy exploring the area. The unit has vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors, a complete kitchen with dishwasher. In winter the wood fire place keeps the place cosy. In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.
