Recently titled the Hallmark House by a customer! This house is on the I&M walking and biking trail and is a remodeled 750 square ft historic canal house in Utica. Walk or Bike two blocks into the center of town and enjoy meals and local drinks. Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom and a large modern kitchen. Relax in the living room with a small electric fireplace.
