Home has a great screened in porch and a huge deck and a fabulous walkway down to a private boathouse and dock that provides swimming and fishing or bring your boat and stay a week. The entire resort is also avail for large groups. 15 minutes to Mt Pleasant, Tx! about an hour north of Tyler! Park you boat at your front door! Dogs under 40 lbs, please add dogs as additional guest at time of booking.
