One bedroom beach cottage. 1 min walk to the park, 3 min to surf beach and boardwalk, 10 min walk to supermarket, restaurants and cafes. Park the car, and chill out in the centrally located cottage. Smart TV, large modern bathroom and super comfy bed. Please note that the kitchenette includes airfryer / microwave / toaster. Motuopuhi Poolside Retreat is centrally located in the peaceful neighbourhood fondly referred to as the Avenues, and lucky to be situated on a quiet cul de sac with views of the harbour and Motuopuhi Island. Walking distance to bar and restaurant district, movies, groceries and shopping. Additionally, a trip to the Mount is a 15km drive, easy bike ride or bus. Enjoy a dip in the pool or an evening spa, before turning in for the night.

Lovely quiet and spacious one room studio. Perfect for couples, business travellers or small groups. Stand alone with its own entrance, is fully fenced and private. Kitchen equipped for you to prepare simple meals with a hot plate and benchtop convection oven, coffee machine, tea and milk. Quiet neighbourhood with little traffic noise at night. Centrally located in Otumoetai, walking distance to the harbours edge and cafes, 3.5kms to Tauranga's CBD and a 12 min drive to the Mount.

Come and enjoy the idyllic lifestyle that is Mount Maunganui. The Shaka Shack is a private studio and has all the latest mod cons. It is situated on our property but is an easy laid back and stylish space that you can come and go from at your leisure. We are a 3 minute stroll to the beach and a stones throw to Bayfair shopping centre, Baywave, Baypark/ASB Arena, Mount Main Street, Pilot Bay, restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Riverside Retreat

Relax at this fully self contained seperate studio located in a private setting. Perfect location for travellers to use as a base, or people working on assignment in Tauranga…Located 5mins from ‘The Crossing’ shopping centre, and with easy access to Downtown Tauranga, The Mount, and over the Kaimais to Hobbiton, Hamilton and Rotorua. The kitchenette includes an electric frypan microwave and portable hot plate.

The Surf Studio is an open-plan loft studio with a private courtyard, located in Mt Maunganui's ideal Tay St area. The studio has its own private entrance and parking. The Surf Studio hosts a library with books on art, surfing and local culture. There is also a guitar. Short walk to the beach, tennis courts, Blake Park, Bay Oval, local dairy, and a little further, Downtown Mt Maunganui.
