Designer Beach Studio - 3 minute walk to beach!

Located in Mount Martha and only a 3 minute walk to the beach, this couples retreat is the perfect reason to get away for the weekend and explore the Mornington Peninsula. The studio is just a short 2-3 minute drive to Mount Martha shops with cafe's, deli, restaurants, supermarket, liquor store, news agency and more. We are a short 15-20 minute drive to local vineyards and renowned restaurants and wineries such as Polperro, Montalto and Jackalope. Plenty to explore and lots of great walks too!

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & outdoor bath.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

Seahouse Studio - Private Beach Access, Pets

Seahouse Studio is located on one of the Mornington Peninsula's most spectacularly unique properties. This converted battery house sits perched atop a cliff, overlooking uninterrupted views of Port Phillip Bay, where dolphins frequent and the Melbourne CBD skyline peeks through the horizon. Wander through the beach path on the property, taking you directly down to a secluded beach or spend your time on the deck with a glass of wine, enjoying the sunset. Contemporary Stylish 1 BDR Mt Martha Apartment

Bright and clean apartment only a few minutes drive from Mt Martha's renowned cafes and restaurants, Safety Beach or Mt Martha Beach. 10 to 30 minute drive to local attractions. We are hidden away from the hustle and bustle so a car is a must to get around. The kitchen is for light meals only and won't suit a master chef. If you want to work and need fast internet our apartment is not for you. The apartment is under the same roof as our home so you may hear our kids.
