You are always welcome to join us at the restaurant on one of the nights we're open - Wednesday to Saturday ( bookings tend to be necessary), or we can bring a restaurant meal over to you in the Studio if you'd prefer to dine in private. You'll love this unique and romantic escape.

Fresh & clean interior, quiet & relaxing. Loft located across the road from 'The Mount' and the hotpools in downtown Mt Maunganui. Most popular walking tracks in the Bay of Plenty on your doorstep. Five minutes walk to busy cafes, bars and shops. 75sqm of hideaway in busy area. Two minutes walk to Ocean and harbour beaches. For the next 12 months there will be a construction site next door from Monday to Friday (not weekends). There will be some noise.

The Pool House at Blackburn

Light airy warm self-contained apartment situated on a lifestyle block minutes from Tauranga's CBD. The Pool House has one separate bedroom with 4 built-in bunks good for adults or kids. The main room has a high-end Tilt-away king-size bed with a quality mattress, allowing adults to enjoy evenings and personal space. As we are remediating our land after flood damage we don't have our usual livestock however we are happy for guests to walk and enjoy the property.
