Room with a view near the center

The two studio apartments / studios, each with about 30 m2 are located near the center in the emerging second district, overlooking the rooftops of Vienna. The house has a lift which takes you comfortably to the top floor. From there it's only a few steps to your apartment, you have to yourself. It is very bright and sunny in the apartment and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. equipment: -Living-bedroom -private bathroom with shower and toilet, -small, fully equipped kitchen, -Satellite TV -W-Lan To enjoy your vacation, you can shop around the corner, go to the nearby Carmelite market or use the underground (U2) or tram (2) to go to the museum district or Schwedenplatz. By foot it takes about 10 minutes to downtown. Many different local and In-togethers in the area provide fun and give you the opportunity to have breakfast , cheap lunch and delicious viennese/internationol dinner. Recovery can be found in the Augarten or Green Prater - both are within walking distance. To the Vienna Exhibition Hall there are two stops on the U2, therefore ideal for visitors to the fair or exhibitors. The price includes bed linen, towels, table linen as well as electricity and gas. The cleaning fee is € 30.00. Cleaning fee for stays of a month or more € 50,00. A washing machine is available. The studio apartments / studios are also monthly rent. Minimum booking three nights.

Komm an diesem unvergleichlichen Rückzugsort wieder in Einklang mit der Natur. Lass dein Auto vor dem eingezäunten Grundstück stehen und geniesse die Aussicht vom Baumhaus. Es befindet sich mitten in der Natur an einem kleinen Teich. Wenige Schritte entfernt befindet sich ein Sanitärraum mit WC, Dusche, Waschmaschine und eine Küche mit Sitzecke und Kühlschrank. Die Dusche teilst Du mit den Gästen vom Schäferwagen.(Insgesamt 2 Personen). Etwas Abseits gibt es eine Flugvoliere mit Graupapageien.

Very quiet, central apartment with sunny garden

You will be staying in a beautiful, quiet, 41m2 (500 sq ft) apartment with a 60m2 private garden. It is located in a backyard and therefore you will not hear any city noise from the traffic while enjoying your coffee on the porch and you can sleep with windows open. One feels immediately at home in the cosy, stylish and fully equipped apartment which has high ceilings giving a spacious atmosphere. It is in a renovated and save centrally located building YOU ONLY CAN SMOKE IN THE GARDEN AREA.

Very bright spacious apartment, located on the sunny side of the building and also is in walking distance to the Danube. Very calm, family place:) There are 2 separate bedrooms and a living room with sofa with bed-function. Apartment is 5 min away from city center (Stephansplatz) using public transport. Also there is a direct train from airport right in houses neighborhood. All grocery stores are in 1 min walkway. (Billa, Spar)

Blockhütte in der Natur

Nette Blockhütte mitten in der Natur. Anbei ein kleiner Spielplatz und Lagerfeuerstelle. Vollständige Küche und großer Aufenthaltsraum/Speiseraum. Nicht weit vom Bach entfernt (~4km) für gemütliche Badestunden. Es gibt viele Almen und Radrouten in der Umgebung. Es ist derzeit keine Dusche vorhanden.

This central located spacious duplex is newly renovated and offers all amenities you can think of. Located right next to the Belvedere. From the U1 metro station "Südtiroler Platz" which is just a 3 min walk from the apartment, you get to the Opera (the first district) within just two stations!

안녕하세요^^ 저희 숙소는 있을 건 다 있는 원룸 스튜디오입니다. 비엔나 3구에 위치해 있고, 지하철과 직접 연결되어 있으며, 공항 20분, 도심 7분, 기차역까지 10분 거리입니다. 넓은 테라스가 2개나 있어 비엔나 전망을 감상하며 휴식을 취하실 수 있습니다. 대형 슈퍼마켓과 아시안 마트, 약국이 도보로 이용 가능합니다. 근처에 도미노피자와 아시안, 오리엔탈 레스토랑이 있습니다. 트램을 타고 도심까지 쉽게 이동 가능합니다.(오페라까지 10분 거리) 에어컨이 설치되어 있습니다.
