Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Casa sol-rural residence near Linz

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
