Die ehemalige Garage wurde mit viel Liebe in ein barrierefreies Loft-artiges Studio mit E-Ladestation umgestaltet. Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

The apartment is in a house near the subway station U1 Troststraße. You can reach the city center in 15 minutes. Inside the apartment is everything you need for your daily live.
