Relax with the family or escape for the weekend at this comfortable and well appointed cottage on the bayou just off Dog River. Only 15 Minutes away from downtown Mobile and 35 Minutes away from Dauphin Island, this home is your private getaway. An open waterfront view, great fishing, wild ducks and situated in the middle of the city providing easy access to the Gulf Coast. Covered back deck with a gorgeous view, gas grill and you can even throw a TV out there to make it an outdoor living room.

The Den is centrally-located & just blocks from the beach! This home features an outdoor bar (alcohol not included) & a pool table that transforms to ping pong & air hockey! The house features 2 bedrooms w/ queen beds & a futon to allow for the 5th guest to sleep. Beach towels, beach chairs, & a cooler are provided! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. Minutes from top restaurants, shopping, cafes & casinos! $500 fine for parties or smoking.

This house has room to sleep a family of 8, but plenty of interior & exterior space for entertaining. Visitors come for art, bicycling, bird-watching, cruising, festivals, fishing, gaming, shopping and the uncrowded beaches.

Your family will be close to everything at this centrally located home located in the Tillman's corner area of Mobile, AL. The house is approximately 1/4 mile from a new Dollar General and 3 miles from interstate I-10. In 2024 we did an interior renovation of the house, so that it now features LED lighting, freshly painted walls, new floors, new appliances, a tile shower, granite countertops, and brand new furniture.
