Chaleureux appartement de 4 pièces saura accueillir les familles, couple ou amis. Animaux acceptés. Avons un chat. Au 2ee étage, bien équipé, cheminée d'agrément, jeux de société, bd, de quoi passer des moments conviviaux autour de raclette, fondue ou barbecue selon les saisons. Accès au vaste jardin partagé, jeux enfants, chaises longues .... Boulangerie, épicerie et gare à 5 minutes. Beaucoup de possibilité de balades et randonnées, accès au lac en 20min à pied ou 5 min en auto. Carte Valpass

Lovely modern apartment with view on the Alps

Our apartment is a 5 min walk from the train station of Bussigny and a 10 min train ride to the center of Lausanne. From the apartment you can go for nice forest and country side walks. There is also a running/fitness trail in the forest nearby. Our place is 10 min car ride to the lake (lac Leman), where you can enjoy the beach, water activities and lake side paths . We would be glad to give you more tourist advice if you desire.

Dans ancienne brasserie, charmant appartement au rez de notre maison familiale, à proximité de la forêt. Accès au lac en 15 minutes à pied. Commerces, centre sportif et pistes de ski de fond à 5 minutes en voiture. Notre appartement comporte une cuisine équipée ( cafetière italienne), une salle de bain (douche), accès au jardin, place de parc. Draps de lit et linges de bain à disposition. Nous ne fournissons pas le Valpass.

Independent studio, approx 35 m2, on the first floor in a lovely residential area close to the EPFL and Lausanne University. Very close to the lake and next to a bus stop. Seperate entrance and parking spaces for visitors next to the house. Fully equipped for two persons. One double bed size 200x140cm. Free WIFI! Looking forward to welcoming you!
