Host was very quick to respond and very helpful. The place was clean and quiet. The hot tub was amazing with plenty of space to park cars.

We had so much fun on this stay, the house is beautiful, located in a safe and new neighborhood close to town and national parks, Brittanie was very nice and responsive, thanks for having us .

What an adventure. The Hobbit House proves that you do not have to travel far from home to have such a fun, relaxing, peaceful experience that Robert has created in his Lord of the Rings inspired dwelling. There is no need to leave once you get there. The kitchen had every amenity that was needed by my "chef" husband. The linens and towels are top tier, plenty of paper products, plastic storage bags/containers and even towels to wipe off firepit chairs and tables as well as any spills that might occur. But the best part is discovering all the surprises which I will not give away in this review. You must book a trip and find out for yourself!!

We had a very nice stay. The cabin was exactly as advertised.

This property was the perfect spot for a multi-family getaway, due in large part to Carla's attention to detail and very genuine care for the quality of our stay. Everything in the home is organized and labeled, the game room and hot tub are a great time, and the deck with it's nice lake view, comfortable seating, and propane firepit, is perfect for relaxing. We loved that the home was pet friendly and offers three king beds and a double bunk room for the kids. Having access to the Alpine Lake pool and fun and easy hiking trails created hours and hours of fun while the stocked kitchen, packed board game closet, and large dining room table provided the opportunity for relaxing family meals and games together with a crackling fire in the background. The price is amazingly reasonable for all that this house has to offer and we are so grateful to Carla for her great communication and overall attentiveness to ensure we had the most perfect trip - which we most certainly did!

Just like the pictures! Had the best long weekend spending my birthday here and skiing (5min to Wisp). Spacious, fit all 13 of us comfortably. Place was clean, also the fireplace and hot tub were great additions. Would definitely recommend and book again!

We stayed here for a weekend getaway with some friends, and enjoyed ourselves. The house was big enough for us, there was lots of stuff provided in the house that kept us busy (pool table, hot tub, hook/ring game, outdoor swings, board/card games). The house is on a well paved road at the end of a private cul-de-sec (we would have taken some outdoor stuff like bikes and skateboards had we known!). Not much noise came from the neighbors during our stay. The house was easy to get into and was given an early check in/late check out for free which was nice :) Minor things for cons but didn’t bother us too much were things like : grill was slightly dirty, kitchen backsplash could have been wiped down, sock under bed, shower curtain had what looked like dried up boogies. With that being said, I definitely forgot my bar of soap and my razor in the shower! I’m not perfect either! (Sorry!) The hosts were very kind and responsive. The house was beautiful and did the job.

This place was awesome i highly recommend ill definitely be back!! Really relaxing everything inside was nice and i loved spending time at the lake!!

Beautiful cabin in out of the way location surrounded by lovely yard and sweet neighborhood. Excellent hiking nearby for 3 days. The cabin was outstanding - every convenience was provided at a high standard. The hosts were immediately responsive when we had an issue, and provided helpful pre-trip advice. Thoroughly recommend for as a getaway from a busy life to unplug and have quality family time.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage with our kids and dogs. Loved the sunsets/hikes on the property/amenities! Will definitely book again!

it's a cute cozy cottage on the side of a cliff. Honestly I loved it! it was exactly what I was looking for and I can't wait to be able to take off more time and come back!

We just got back from another great anniversary trip with our 2 Vizslas. Bob shared his dry red wine this year. We now have had both sweet and dry! He came to check on us during to the cold spell and we assured him that the wood burner was keeping us warm. The dogs played outside, we played board games that were provided and we enjoyed cooking with the stove. It was our annual February get away that we take each year to Just have a few days to just enjoy nature and recharge. Thanks again Bob! See you next year.

We had the best stay in this cabin! They did not credit themselves enough for everything that was available for use! We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised that there was a security gate to enter the neighborhood and amenities, activities, indoor swimming and a lounge as a part of the rental as well! This was the perfect place for our family to visit and a great location to travel to other areas around as well! Thank you so much!

Such a perfect private setting. We loved how private and accessible it was to Ohio Pyle. Lots to do at the cabin. We had fires, enjoyed the screened in porches, grilled burgers, we played in the creek, and hiked the 20 acres! The cabin had every amenity, was spotless and so cozy. We felt at home and will definitely be back next year for the fall colors. The location was close to all the Laurel Highlands has to offer. Thank you for the memories! You know it’s awesome when the kids cry because it was time to leave. Best cabin ever!

Before anything . I want to thank the PM for helping us when we got lost ( completely our fault )! The Cabin was beautiful! The pictures did a great job capturing the area. But seeing it first hand is not to compare. The home was spacious and we had enough room. Our dogs enjoyed every moment of the out doors. Thank you million times for allow us to say in your Cabin. Hope to come again!

We had a great stay with our family. So much to do and such a great place to relax. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at JoniSues cabin on the river to have a relaxing place to go to on my daughter’s wedding weekend. There were four of us staying there and it was just the perfect size. The riverfront location was very peaceful as well as beautiful. this is the very first Airbnb I have ever stayed in that had enough towels and washcloths for everyone for the entire stay. we made breakfast in the mornings and had everything we needed to accomplish that. Johnisue met us at the house with our key gave us a tour and detailed instructions. She was available if anything was needed but absolutely nothing was our stay was perfect.

We have rented off Jake before and it won't be the last! it is always clean and perfect! We made so many memories thanks to a great stay! Thank you again!
