Comfy lower level with yard. Near WVU and town.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

The Most scenic view of what George Washington referred to as The Turkeyfoot, the confluence of three rivers. Newly remodeled, this apartment has a second story balcony that probably has the best view in Confluence. Great for sitting out with your morning cup of coffee or a nice glass of wine in the evening. Kitchen is fully operational with all of the necessities. Totally private no shared spaces. There is a common area with hammocks and a fire pit.

We encourage in stay communication to ensure the best stay possible. The deck is on the smaller side - It’s a 4x8 space on the backside of the building facing a creek. In the summer and fall it provides a quiet and peaceful place for coffee and relaxing.
