Bright and airy self contained studio with kitchenette, set to the rear of our family home. We are only a very short walk (5 mins) from the main entrance of the All England Club (which can be clearly seen and heard from the property), the Wimbledon Club and the various hospitality suites. The garden & patio can also be made available for corporate entertaining by separate agreement. Unfortunately parking is not available during the Wimbledon Championship period. I’m close to the beautiful National Trust Morden Hall Park, Merton College and the stunning Baitul Futuh Mosque. Tennis fans will find Wimbledon Village is a simple bus ride away. And the Northern Line tube in Morden will take you straight into the West End. My property has just been extensively redecorated and has a cute private courtyard garden which is a real sun trap.

No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

We are a peaceful, modern, minimalistic & carbon zero detached cabin. Very private, very secure, tucked away, surrounded by trees, plants, birds and nature, you'll think you're in the country. It has its own private garden and entrance. The cabin is built from slow-grown larch and has triple glazed doors. Inside is fitted out with sustainable materials like birch ply-panelling and plant based flooring, and we an MVHR clean air system. We harvest rainwater, compost and power by ASHP.

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.
