My family really enjoyed a relaxing stay at Enrique's place! It is located steps away from the beach with stunning views, lots of rooms for everyone, clean, well-decorated, free parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants...Furthermore, Enrique is always quick to respond and very helpful. I will highly recommend!

l'apartament està molt bé. tot molt endreçat i net. l'horari d'arribada i de sortida es molt adequat. els anfitrions molt atents, amables i la comunicació amb ells excel.lent. totalment recomanable.

Schönes Appartement in toller Lage, sehr nah am Strand. Mit dem Bus in die Innenstadt ist es auch sehr einfach.

Wir waren als Paar in dieser Wohnung. Sie war gut eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter, in die Stadt konnte man mit dem Bus fahren. Wir hatten die Fahrräder dabei, leider konnten wir diese nicht im Haus abstellen. Das Auto konnten wir in der Tiefgarage parken, aber leider war da kein Platz für die Fahrrräder. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und auch ruhig.

Perfect! The apartment is really great. Very clean, cozy, every little thing that you might need had been thought of in advance. Carlos was always ready to help, but we didn't find anything to ask him for, because the apartment was fully equipped for a month-long stay. Good thing is also that it is oriented to the north, so it is not that hot at daytime. A supermarket is just 1 minute away, and a nice park, too. To stay there and keep mobility you need a car. 15 minutes of drive to the beach. 30 minutes to the center of Valencia. Best-ever stay!

Nos sentimos bienvenidos en el alojamiento, te mueves en metro muy fácil a cualquier lugar en Valencia. La anfitriona muy amable y comprensiva.

Rosa es súper atenta y simpática! Nos dió buenas recomendaciones y el alojamiento perfecto! Cama muy cómoda, con todo lo necesario y súper limpio! Nos volveríamos a quedar cuando llegue el pequeño, ya que también tiene cosas para los niños!

Muy contentos con la estància. El piso es muy acogedor, muy limpio y comodo. La zona és tranquila y en 10 estàs en pleno centro. Muy recomendable! Repetiria són duda! con Antonio muy fàcil todo!

I would like to thank the hospitable owners of this house, we felt during our vacation as if we were visiting this wonderful family. Very cozy, there is more than it can be necessary, thought out everything to the smallest detail, there are items for entertainment and recreation at home and on the beach, bicycles, tennis equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are all the necessary textiles for relaxation. The house is in an incredible location on the beach, incredible views and a beautiful beach with the cleanest sea. Es una casa de ensueño. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días; sábanas limpias, toallas, utensilios de cocina y de limpieza.Ojalá podamos volver y se la recomendaremos a todo el mundo. Ha sido una suerte poder pasar unos días aquí.

La casa tiene de todo y más con niños , no falta detalle está muy bien equipada es muy espaciosa y muy tranquila , sin duda repetiremos cuando viajemos de nuevo a Valencia ! Ariadna súper atenta y muy cuidadosa en dar detalles de cómo moverte y que visitar y más recomendaciones. Nuestros niños han disfrutado del patio muchísimo Podéis estar muy tranquilos en este alojamiento Muchas gracias Ariadna !

Fuimos a pasar un finde y hemos estado super bien, Jesús en todo momento muy atento y nos indicó tanto cómo llegar como todas las recomendaciones que podíamos hacer. En cuanto a la casa, hemos sido 15 y hemos cabido todos sin problema, una casa muy amplia y una terraza espectacular. La recomendamos mucho para una escapada y desconectar con familia o amigos.

Roberto to dobry gospodarz. Pomimo awarii pralki udało się znaleźć rozwiązanie i wyprać moje ubrania. Dziękuję Ci za to. Mieszkanie jest bardzo ładne i gustownie urządzone. Kamienne ściany są świetne. Podobają mi się też drewniane wykończenia. Mieszkanie jest trochę ciemne, ale to nie stanowi problemu. Mieszkanie jest na parterze i dzięki temu bez problemu wniesiesz swoje bagaże i szybko wyjdziesz do sklepu.

Pasamos únicamente una noche pero estuvo genial, el alojamiento perfecto y Roberto encantador nos ayudó en todo momento, nosotros volveremos!

La casa muy bonita y acogedora.Solicitamos la cuna y estaba bien preparada. Varios juegos de mesa para jugar en familia. Entorno agradable y recomendado para desconectar. Javi muy amable y atento.

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment is simply wonderful—cozy, bright, white, with sandy tones throughout, perfectly matching a seaside home. It was a pleasure to settle in; very comfortable, we didn’t want to leave. We extended our stay to two nights, although we initially planned to stay just one. The apartment has everything necessary for living, and the hosts were very responsive, helping us with everything, meeting us and seeing us off. It was just fantastic. We would love to come back to this apartment again.

We had an excellent stay at Elena and Wilfort’s place. It is a perfect quiet location only 20 minutes ride from Valencia. The beach is 3 minutes walk and perfect for long walks. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. It offers a beautiful sea view as well. The building is very quiet and clean. The hosts were very kind and friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again !

Beautiful apartment on a great location. We stayed with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and everythig was great - there was a crib and a high chair for the baby, also playgrounds in the complex for the kids to play. Two blocks from the beach and restaurants - really enjoyed Casa Patacona and Pizza Lucifer. Grocery store is 6-7 mins walking distance. Downtown Valencia is 15 min car ride. Host is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend :).

Merci pour ce très beau séjour dans votre appartement extraordinaire. Nous étions déjà passés plusieurs fois à Port Sa platja nous y baigner, mais jamais pour y loger. L'endroit mérite vraiment le détour car l'appartement de José Luis est réellement face à la mer. De plus le port est très pittoresque avec de très belles façades colorées, et des dizaines de restaurants sont disponibles aux alentours.
