Nice apartment with comfy beds and everything you need. In a great location in Richmond, good for trams etc. Some brief noise from people outside on Friday/Sat nights but to be expected in the location.

Had an amazing stay, location was perfect, so close to southern cross station and Woolworths metro. Location was definitely a highlight as made it quiet practical being in the city. Sebastian was a great host, met us in arrival and made sure check in was smooth. Always communicated in a very timely manner and provided great recommendations. Apartment is great, quite spacious, 2 bedrooms and a large lounge & kitchen. View is amazing, Southbank and the west of the CBD we even managed to see some hot air balloons fly past in the morning being so high. Would definitely recommend staying at Sebastian’s, amazing host and a great apartment.

Beautifully furnished apartment in the heart of vibrant Fitzroy. Many nice places nearby, but at the same time quietly situated. I enjoyed the stay there very much. Great and very responsive hosts.

The apartment is beautiful but still livable. Clean and very comfortable. The parking is secure and convenient. Claire and Nick are friendly and responsive to any problems, which were small. I would highly recommend and happily return.

Anna’s apartment had everything we needed for a perfect stay. It was definitely a home from home and from the minute we walked through the door we felt really comfortable. Loved the view from the sofa/balcony both during the day and at night. The apartment had a very light and open feel, was secure and safe and extremely well equipped. The bed was very comfortable with great bedding and pillows and plenty of coat hangers! The shower is great and the air con was very welcome as it was 30+ degrees some days. There is a store next door and two coffee shops - one adjacent and one across the road. Being able to walk across the road for the tram to the city was great. We spent time in the nearby botanical gardens and lots of time in the city. There were Mykie cards available for us to use. They just needed to be topped up online. Anna was a brilliant host who was extremely responsive and helpful and we would not hesitate to stay here again next time we are visiting our family in Melbourne.

Very clean and spacious apartment. It suited us very well for one night but would also be great for longer term stays.

Fran was a great host, the house was well situated close to shops and a short drive from the train station. It was in a quiet area, with not much traffic noise. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at staying in this area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ramona’s with a large family group on the weekend of our wedding. So easy to get to, beautifully clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful two homes with so much space. We loved our stay and even walked down to our wedding at the Post Office Hotel from the house. Thanks for an amazing stay. Couldn’t recommend more!

Matt was extremely welcoming and gave clear instructions of how to check-in and check-out. The venue is absolutely stunning especially at night when all the lights come on; it makes the grafitti look BEAUTIFUL and it’s great for photos! Would definitely recommend this place if you want to throw a party with friends and family without worrying about noise restrictions. Hope to see Matt again sometime in the future!

From the moment I stepped through the door I felt completely at home and wonderfully relaxed. The studio is clean, comfortable, the provision of muesli & cooking implements was appreciated, the shower was hot & strong with generous, quality toiletries supplied. The studio is stylish & a generously appointed inner city oasis. During the day it is light filled with a leafy private courtyard, at night the black out blinds provide complete darkness & it is well sound proofed. The neighbours had a party and when I went to bed it was muffled sounds I slept soundly and undisturbed. I cooked every night with great supplies of local produce but there are so many amazing restaurants, cafes and so much to do close by. The location offers so many options for exploring. There is free on street parking. I rate this little place very highly, one of my best stays. Will definitely book again.

Really loved this property. Great location for beach, shops and transport…which is so helpful when you are travelling. Rooms comfortable, kitchen well appointed and lovely outdoor space. I’d recommend this property and host. Great stay.

Hosts were super responsive and helpful, the house was beautiful with an amazing rain shower head, good air con, tons of light and walkable but quiet neighborhood with a few shops, restaurants and lots of public transit access. Really nice home base for our trip. It was exactly as described, or better, and I'm so glad we found this place!

This apartment is undoubtedly one of the best we have been in airbnb. Super nice, comfortable, cool and in a fantastic situation. It has everything you need and beds were very comfortable. We couldn't ask for more. Moreover Jacqueline was lovely: a great host, very kind and responsive. We will try to go back when in Melbourne.

Leylas property was fantastic! Great location and the views were amazing. The only issue I had was the car park was a bit technical but leyla gave very clear instructions. Great if you’re going to just leave your car, bit of a hassle if you are going in and out. Overall great property, would recommend!

Ilayda was very friendly!! Kind and funny, and made the arrival very comfortable! 🙂 she also has a beautiful array of house plants in the apartment! And the views are incredible. Awesome place to stay

Such a beautiful welcoming stay that feels like home. It was the perfect location for exploring Melbourne and so close to every major tourist attraction. Ky was so friendly, welcoming, and pro active on chat. She gave us some great recommendations for local attractions. Kitchen was fully stocked and perfect for cooking a meal at home too. P.S. Plant lovers will love this place!

5 Stars – Highly Recommend! Staying at Zed’s place in Southbank was an absolute dream. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything I needed – from a super comfy bed to thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. The location is amazing: peaceful, yet right in the heart of everything – close to great cafes, restaurants, and just a short walk to the Yarra River. Zed was an incredible host – professional, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. You can tell he really cares about the guest experience and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I felt completely safe and at ease throughout my stay, and honestly, it felt more like a boutique hotel than just an Airbnb room. I’d 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Melbourne!
