If you love Architecture and the best views of Manitou Springs, then, this is the Home to take it all in. Shaun n Laura have done an amazing job renovating their 1920’s home. Upstairs Bedroom features a balcony facing east to get your day started with a beautiful sunrise. Being able to wake up in the morning, open the doors and take in all that fresh air is bliss. Directly behind you, as you admire the creative well designed pitched ceilings, is a view of Pikes Peak. And if it couldn’t get any better, as you face North….Well, you’ll have to check it out yourself. I honestly must return to see the views in the winter. Likewise, to keep up with Shaun n Laura’s creative additions to the home. There is also a private backyard area to build a fire. Brand new appliances throughout. Quiet neighborhood. Absolutely, Marvelous!!

This home is absolutely beautiful - even more so than the photos! Breanne was friendly and responsive and made sure we were well taken care of. There were SO many thoughtful little touches to welcome us (and our pups!) and make us feel comfortable and at home. The yard is big and private which was great for our pups, and the huge master suite in addition gave everyone lots of space. the master bath area, shower, and tub were so luxurious and the perfect place to unwind. The neighborhood was perfect for us, calm an kind of private, very close to World Arena Ice Rink, the house comfortable, very well treated, clean with lots of amenities, TV in every room, beds clean and comfortable, teh hot tub ready after a long day of hiking and training. Kristina always was in touch just in case something was needed. Excellent experience. We will definitely com again

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home in Colorado Springs for the month of July! The neighborhood is incredibly safe, and we loved having multiple parks within walking distance. It was the perfect area for morning strolls and mountain biking adventures. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for our extended stay. The hosts were fantastic—responsive, friendly, and always ready with local tips. Their attention to detail made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated the proximity to great biking trails and outdoor activities, which made our stay even more memorable. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had, and we highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Colorado Springs. Whether you're here for a short trip or an extended stay, this place has it all. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for making our July so special!

This was the coziest cottage right in the middle of wooded acreage. Peaceful and cozy!

We stayed there for our 10 year wedding anniversary. Everyone of the host were very understanding and helpful. The house was great.

We enjoyed our visit very much! We went on a cool weekend and the hot tub was just what we needed. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Check in was super easy and Steven was excellent with communication. I definitely recommend this place! Hiking trails are super close as well.

Great location near Manitou Springs and Garden of the Gods. Lots of space too! Spotless kitchen, bathrooms, and bedroom. Brian was a great host! Would stay there again, 100%.

Such a sweet host. He left personal touches that made my stay special. Bed was super comfy and the game room was so cute even if we didn't have time to use it. Great spot.

Beautifully cared for place with lots of fun energy. A bonus was that the house is stocked with games! I am sensitive to smells and the one drawback for me was the smell of Febreeze. Wanted others to know in case you have the same sensitivity. You can feel all of the love Pam has put into this place. It’s very cute and comfortable.

Staying with Effie and Joshua for the weekend was great! They were both friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful with a great view of the mountains. It was in a great location, easily drivable to where you want to go. The house was clean, well taken care of and in a quiet neighborhood. I felt perfectly safe in both the house and the neighborhood. Effie was quick to respond to my questions. Very much enjoyed my stay with them.

The host responded to messages almost immediately, check in/check out was a breeze, the apartment is incredibly cozy. We just got back from our little weekend getaway up in this cabin. We had the absolute best time here. Truly such a special place. The cabin is beautiful, well stocked with everything you need to feel right at home with modern and cozy decor and finishings. The location is stunning. The view just does not get old! Every time you open that door to look out across the vast valley at the peaks, it's always breathtaking. The nighttime sky is a sight to behold, especially when soaking in the hot tub. Everything about this place is excellent. The hosts are so kind and they have put a lot of love into their cabins and their property, and it shows! Lots of places to pick to hike right into the Pike National Forrest all within a short drive. I recommend Pikes Peak Ranch to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We felt right at home the moment that we arrived. Julie's home was immaculate and extremely cozy. Fantastic, well appointed cabin. Kitchen stole the show for its functionality and aesthetic in a tight space. Gas fireplace made our evenings cozy. Walk right from the property to waterfall trailhead. We LOVED it!!!

Jamie was so helpful! Our group of 9 adults plus 4 dogs were well accommodated. The kitchen was well stocked and the surroundings were so peaceful. LOVED the hot tub. Hard to get up the driveway in the snow but if you have AWD you can do it. Everything was even more beautiful when the snow melted. Slept like a baby in the hammocks outside. Awesome space with gorgeous views.
