Cozy room w bathroom and view to the garden, Wi-Fi

Beautiful room with Q size bed and private bathroom, side table, desk and chair, with connection to internet. NEW black out roller blinds. Room has a view to the garden and vegetation as we are surrounded by trees. I have a vegetable garden, I produce compost and have worms that help me with the process. Birds fly around, you can hear them chirping. The house is close to several shopping malls, bus stop, train stop, gym, park and other convenience stores. Also a big amount of good restaurants.

Es una casa hogarena, cerca de la parada de buses y taxis, con facilidad para accesar a supermercados, bancos, correo, universidades, etc. Con espacios sencillos para sentirse relajado, rodeado de la naturaleza, donde te puedes levantar escuchando el canto de las aves; la habitacion cuenta con una cama matrimonial o dos individuales de acuerdo a su necesidad, tv, ventilacion, y closet. It's a perfect place to relax while staying in San Jose. The home is comfortable and surrounded by nature.

Se encuentra la UCR y otras universidades privadas, parques, bares, restaurantes, Mall's, centros comerciales, bancos, entre otros. A 15 minutos de la capital San José, para mayor comodidad el bus pasa al frente de la casa, fácil acceso al transporte (tren-taxis-Uber-buses). La zona es tranquila y segura. In the residential area where our house is located it is a gated community and we have 24 hours security & you can feel safe walking the streets any time. We are located in San Pedro which is very close to 3 universities (walking distance) and about 4 miles from the San Jose city center. There is bus service very close to the house. A bus from the house to the city center of San Jose is about $0.50 USD. Taxi service in Costa Rica is also very reasonable.
