Vineyards Paradise

Amazing country house immersed in the vineyard of Cantina Lapone, viewing Orvieto. Recently restored, over 100 sm, organised on two floors. Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. Private garden and parking. Private pool (shared with another 4 guests house).

The villa is located on top of a hill with enchanting views of Lake Bolsena, a few minutes drive from Civita di Bagnoregio, Orvieto, Viterbo Terme, Bomarzo, the lake of Bolsena, about an hour drive from Rome and Assisi. It has a capacity of 24 people , on the ground floor there is a large dining room with kitchen ready to use and outside there is a large patio with enchanting view of Lake Bolsena equipped with large table, chairs, wood oven and barbecue to eat and celebrate all together

Suite sulla roccia con vasca idromassaggio

Lasciata la macchina al parcheggio libero si dovranno percorrere 200mt a piedi per raggiungere questa casetta nel cuore di un bosco ed incastonata in una grande roccia. Tutto intorno si possono svolgere piacevoli passeggiate fino alla diga del Rio Grande. Molto adatto per un weekend rilassante e a stretto contatto con la natura. Adatto a coppie (anche con animali) che cercano relax, dal caos delle città e che vogliono per un po fuggire dalle responsabilità e lo stress della vita.

Heerlijk vrijstaand huisje in prachtige vallei, 15 minuten rijden van Orvieto. Met privé zwembad (alleen voor jullie twee) en vrij uitzicht. Goed uitgeruste woonkeuken met houtkachel. Als de eigenaren er zijn (in het andere huis) kunt u ook gebruik maken van de moestuin en de pizzaoven. In de Lapone vallei, tussen olijfbomen en wijngaarden. Perfect voor wandelen, mountainbiken en uitstapjes naar onder meer Rome, Siena, Villa Caprarola of dichterbij het Bolsenameer of Bagnoregio.

Casa Isla, near Orvieto, amazing views + pool

Located between the villages Viceno and Benano with incredible views of Orvieto and surrounded by olive trees. Casa Isla is a refurbished 70sqm 2 bedroom cottage next to the main house, completely self-contained with its own private garden and BBQ area. There is a double bedroom and a second with twin-beds, both with air-con. The lounge/kitchen comes with fridge, gas hob, oven, and dishwasher, a sofa bed, and a smart TV for movie nights. Relax in our salt-water/mineral pool.

La nostra nuova baita interamente in legno, accogliente, bordo piscina, immersa nel verde, in un oasi di totale relax, pochi minuti dal centro di Viterbo, rappresenta l’eccellenza per soggiornare e visitare la nostra splendida Tuscia. Nel nostro Resort sono presenti un totale di 3 alloggi, inclusa l'abitazione dell'host. Tutti hanno la possibilità di usufruire degli spazi esterni ( palestra, giardino e piscina). A poco più di mezz'ora d'auto ci sono i più famosi stabilimenti termali d'Italia, come Saturnia, Bagno Vignoni, Bagni San Filippo, Sorano e le Terme dei Papi a Viterbo, ideali anche in pieno inverno. Per turismo culturale e riposo.
