We spent a lovely week at this beautiful apartment. Every little detail was tasteful and artistic, yet it was convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood was secure and quiet, the view of the sea is amazing, also a walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Vassil was responsive and sent us many recommendations for things to do in Nice and good grocery stores and restaurants. Everything was perfect, we highly recommend it. Thank you Vassil & family.

If you are going to Nice you can’t find a better place to stay than this! The pictures and description don’t do it justice. This ABNB is The Best!! Beautiful, clean and they thought of everything!! Nadia checked us in and took such good care of us! We appreciated her care and helpfulness!! Loved Nadia😊 It was so wonderful we plan to come back! Communication from start to completion was very good. Location can not be beat. Close to everything!! We loved the apartment as much as we loved exploring the coast.

On a logé dans l appart de Fabio du 17 au 22 avril. A notre arrivée il y avait le co-host Cyril qui a été très gentil et disponible comme aussi l'autre co-host Laure qui nous a donnée plusieurs infos pour nous aider à mieux découvrir et apprécier Antibes. On a passé un super séjour! L appart est comme dans la description et dans les photos: propre, ordonné et très lumineux. Il y a une super vue! On rejoint facilement à pied les plages de Juan le Pins en environs 5 minutes et il y a un Intermarché très proche. En plus c'est l'endroit idéal pour qui comme nous a des enfants car il y a des aires jeux très proches. Logement très conseillé. On retournera avec plaisir!

Perfectly located apartment. 1 min from the metro/tram station, 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to the beach. Great value for the price. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything was great!

We had a fabulous week in Dan’s apartment . The location was beautiful and not far from Garibaldi square and Tram station . There was a lovely bakery next door and we had our breakfast on the balcony most mornings . The apartment had everything we needed. A powerful shower , comfortable bed and linen . WiFi , smart TV with all streaming channels and AC for those warm days . The only tricky thing was getting out of the elevator and finding the keyhole in the dark as the timed light switch didn’t last long enough to see the door lock! We developed a system and it was ok once we got used to it . We loved our time in Nice. We found the transport system excellent and visited Antibes, Cannes , Villefranche sur mer, Menton, Èze and Monaco ! Our favourite was Menton . The apartment was in a lovely area that was a little bit quieter than the main tourist areas which was nice . The French Riviera is busy!! So coming back to the apartment was a relief after a busy day. We loved our stay !

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in August. It looks exactly like the pictures and is perfect for a couple. The place is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with a lovely bakery and shops nearby, and the beach is just a short walk away. It served as the perfect base for us to explore the south of France. Highly recommended.

From start to finish our entire experience staying at Ivan’s flat was excellent! Ivan was an amazing and clear communicator, very responsive and informative, our instructions for check-in, our stay, and check-out were clear, warm and welcoming. Ivan went above and beyond as a host to make our stay incredibly comfortable. The location of the flat was perfect to explore and walk everywhere we wanted to, it was just a short walking distance from the train station, and you walked out the door of the flat and you were right where there was a daily farmer’s market, excellent restaurants, an antique market just around the corner, and clothing and artist markets on other days of the week. We were steps away from a beautiful chapel, the ocean seawall, the Picasso Museum, and much more!! The rooms were spotless, bright, and had all the amenities we needed - a perfectly stocked kitchen to prepare meals in, a washer/dryer, a/c, wifi, and a very comfortable bed. We highly recommend! Eine tolle, gut ausgestatte Wohnung. Kevin war super freundlich, immer erreichbar und zuverlässig. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben uns total wohl gefühlt!

Maison très agréable, un peu dans son jus mais bien équipée et très agréable (chaise haute, lit parapluie, jeux de plage pour les enfants) Le domaine est très calme, super vacances !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique à la villa d’Olga. La maison est parfaitement agencée, très confortable et décorée avec goût. La piscine et la vue sont tout simplement exceptionnelles. Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! Olga nous a accueillis avec chaleur et bienveillance, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Toute la famille se joint à moi pour la remercier sincèrement. Nous lui souhaitons une excellente continuation et recommandons vivement cette villa à tous ceux qui cherchent calme, beauté et confort.

Picasso by the Sea was a beautiful place to stay, next door to the Picasso museum, steps away from the daily market and the old town. The furnishings and artwork in the apartment were lovely. Our family had a very enjoyable week staying here. Very spacious apartment for Europe, with ample cupboard space and ample living spaces. We would highly recommend.

Bel appartement très fonctionnel, calme et très bien équipé avec une jolie vue. La grande piscine est très agréable et facilement accessible. Un accueil amical avec de la flexibilité sur l'heure d'arrivée. Il faut une voiture pour aller faire les courses. Très bon rapport qualité prix !

Catherine was the perfect host, lovely to chat to and super helpful, her apartment was enchanting, very French and equipped with everything you could possibly need, the outside area was particularly pretty with lots of seating under the canopy of an old olive tree. The area was pretty quiet and within walking distance of Seyne sur Mere town with it's harbour, bustling markets and coffee shops. The beautiful beaches of Sablettes, Verne and Fabregas all within walking distance or a short bus ride. The whole area was very clean with good public transport. Will definitely return.

Having a garden and upstairs terrace looking out to sea is a huge plus to this house. The nearest swim point at 3 minutes also fabulous, beside Le Moure Rouge cafe. The bed linen is absolutely divine. We liked the fact it was 20 mins fast walking to Cannes centre, or a frequent bus service up to 9pm, along the lovely sea front. We used Uber to get home from town in the evenings. Pascale was very helpful, great check-in with her.

Super séjour dans une maison magnifique et très bien équipée. Parfaite pour un voyage en famille, même avec un bébé : lit bébé, serviettes de bain, tout était prévu. L’extérieur est superbe, avec un jacuzzi. Rien à redire, tout était parfait Mille merci pour les attentions (décorations de noël, sapin )

Nos vacances se sont merveilleusement bien passé grâce au bon accueil de Vianney en plus notre chien a été accepté avec plaisir ( le terrain est très bien clôturé ) Nous recommandons cet hôte

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Der Aufenthalt in Claras Appartement hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Die Anlage und die Lage der Wohnung waren für uns perfekt🌼. Der kleine Balkon von Claras Appartement ist ein Kleinod und wurde unser Lieblingsplatz. Die Ausstattung war für uns vollkommen ausreichend und alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu haben. Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir zurückkommen dürfen😊.

Sehr sympathische und freundliche Begegnung mit Jean-Yves. Die Kommunikation schriftlich wie auch persönlich hat sehr gut funktioniert. Im Kühlschrank haben uns Köstlichkeiten erwartet, so dass wir für den ersten Morgen nichts kaufen mussten. Das Appartement ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt. Die grosse Terrasse bietet eine wunderschöne Sicht auf das Meer, einfach grandios! Der Strand, Restaurants und Bars sind vor Ort, das Auto braucht man nicht. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr leise, was bei der grossen Hitze ideal zum schlafen ist. Es gibt bequeme Betten und die Zimmer bieten eine gute Grösse. Dieses Appartement können wir bestens empfehlen. Danke für alles, Jean-Yves.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L’appartement est grand et chaleureux. Depuis le balcon, nous avions une vue exceptionnelle. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié d’avoir accès à la piscine. Maria, Guy et Maini étaient très accueillants et soucieux de répondre à nos besoins. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans hésiter.
