I can’t begin to describe how beautiful this house was and how well kept it was. The scenery is also beautiful and quiet. The neighbors are also so nice and welcoming! I would recommend all of my friends and family to book a stay here and I look forward to book again soon in the summer! Thank you lovely spaces!

This stay was FANTASTIC because of Megin AND the home. The decorators touch in this house makes you believe you are in a resort. The entire house is beautiful, with large comfy leather couches in the great room. There were seating areas on all three porches (I used the screened in porch each morning for my coffee time.) There was wood for the fire pit and charcoal for the grill. The kitchen was stocked with EVERY APPLIANCE AND BAKING/COOKING item that I desired. Never have I had a kitchen so well stocked. There were so many small touches added that we didn’t feel like we were in a rental! The house is very large and it was VERY clean. It was lovely. The golf cart looks and runs like new and the community dock is super close. The hot tub was hot as well as clean. Megin answered my every question extremely quickly. The expense of this trip was worth every penny. I would/will request this house again! I would buy it if I could. I would give this Airbnb 10 stars if I could. Thanks, Megin

Adam’s place was fabulous. Fenced in backyard (great for kids and dogs) outdoor patio and grill, chef’s kitchen, 3 king beds and 1 queen, house has great flow for large families or couples weekend. Adam allowed us to check in early and check out late. His communication was spot on. Great location if you’re going to The PGA Tournament. We will definitely stay again.

I love my stay at the house it was spacious nice backyard The Host accommodated me and my family amazingly. I have no complaints I would definitely book this house again.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! The house was cozy, spotlessly clean, and perfect for any kind of visit. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

⸻ The Airbnb was exactly as described; modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the decor gave it a really welcoming feel. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. My only suggestion would be to improve the parking situation, as it was a bit limited and could be inconvenient if you’re traveling with more than one vehicle. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely book again!

This place was incredibly spacious,spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured-if not better. The host was incredibly communicative and kind. Check-in and check-out were seamless and I truly felt like a valued guest rather than just a renter. The location was perfect-peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to shops, restaurants, and attractions. I would definitely rent this place again!

Beautiful home! Beautiful location! We had 5 in our group and we all loved the space! Would definitely stay here again!

The homes were large enough for our party and the pictures were as advertised. Having homes next to each other really helped keep our group together. We felt at home and were comfortable with what each home provided.

our work crew had a great time here one bedroom had private aceess to the front porch which was nice i had a beautiful king size bed his staff works really hard to clean the place up we were allowed an early check in i met the staff they were super friendly we cooked out there was eood already loaded in a fire pit its an old historic district snd it was a co,y relaxing place to stay

My family and I wanted a quick and short getaway. The space worked out for us because I have two toddlers so the play area accommodated them so. It really accommodated all the guest. My children are wanting to return as soon as possible.

Great place to stay! Renting a pontoon boat was fun and it was great that we could keep it at our own dock!

Mary's place was very lovely and comfortable. It was perfect for our 5 member family. Mary was very friendly and communicated regularly to see if we needed anything. We would definitely book there again, if we all return to Charlotte.

So clean quiet and peaceful plenty to do in the house pool table games etc and outside area was great a fire pit hot tub pool and yard for dogs to run. Will stay again while visiting Charlotte

The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

We had a short weekend stay at The Poolside Retreat. The location was perfect and spacious for our group. It had everything we needed. The teens loved the hot tub. We all spent most of our time in the extra tv/game room downstairs. The house was clean and beds and pillows were comfy. We felt right at home. Polo was a great host. I definitely recommend and would choose to stay here again when in the area.

Thank you for another wonderful stay in you place! What we love the most is the open gathering space of the kitchen dining room and living room. We like to all be together when we travel with multiple families and this is the place to do it!! I love that I can be preparing a meal AND I don’t miss anything because everyone is right there ! Comfortable beds, great linens, clean spaces and large rooms to hang out in. The communication is top notch - I have never waited more than two minutes to get a response to a question. I highly recommend this rental to a large group !

My friends and I rented John’s place for a long weekend to celebrate my 60th birthday. The home far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed both inside and out. John was very accommodating both with an early check-in and a later checkout. Since we had late flights outs on Sunday, we were especially appreciative of this! John quickly responded to our inquiries prior to check-in as well as requests during our stay. This was everyones first trip to Lake Norman and after the weekend we’re certain it will not be our last. Thanks John for sharing your beautiful home!

Tracy’s home was amazing! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer, from the heated pool and hot tub spa to the spacious kitchen, where we whipped up some delicious meals. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. We would definitely book again if we are ever in the area. Tracy was a wonderful host. She was very quick with responses and worked with us on extending our stay!

Perfect Charlotte basecamp — for business and beers. We came as a crew for work, held meetings during the day, and used the house as our evening retreat. It balanced productivity and relaxation better than most of us do. The location? Central enough to stroll to some top-notch craft breweries (research purposes, obviously). The house itself was clean, well-organized, and ideal for groups. The backyard fire pit became our unofficial strategy hub. The pool looked great — we admired it purely as art. And yes, we may have gotten slightly too competitive on the Big Game Hunter arcade machine. No actual animals were harmed, except maybe our pride. Would 100% come back — unless you get there first.
