Just two miles from the scenic Symonds Yat & Rock, an AONB. Great pub up the road & others nearby. Cottage sleeps 4 & a behaved Doggie, but they must never be left alone in the property due to H&S regulations. Shared Hot tub is available, at an extra cost. We request 48hrs notice (inc payment) to refill & heat Up. Please Only 3 yrs & over.

Pat's Flat - peaceful stay on a beautiful farm.

Pat's Flat: a converted Pig Barn located on a peaceful farm, within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. The historic towns of Monmouth and Ross on Wye, the river and Forest of Dean with their outdoor leisure activities - canoeing, paddle boarding, hiking, biking - are easily accessible. A couple of pubs, eateries and village shop are within a few miles walk. Sorry - no pets - this is a working farm and there are friendly Labradors in the adjoining property who are likely to come and say hello.
