The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

Such a great property. The house itself is very nice, spacious and thoughtfully put together. The pool, sauna and sauna are amazing. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had a really lovely stay at this property! The apartment is very spacious and in a great location. The instructions from the host on how to check in and find the property were very clear and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in an ideal location!

We had a really great time. The house and grounds were lovely and big enough for 14 people and 3 dogs. The dinning room had a wonderfully big table so we could all sit and eat together. The hot tub and swimming pool were a big hit with everyone. Rob was very helpful and answered all questions quickly, would stay there again.

Lovely barn in the country within easy access of the Brecon Beacons and the Wye valley. Emma and Daniel were really responsive and very helpful.

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

We all loved our stay at the Coach house. The accommodation was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed and the gardens were stunning. Our girls thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor pool which was a real treat! We would love to return and stay here again. Highly recommend.

Spacious and comfortable house for our family of 6 during a rainy February half term. The main reason to rent this place was the pool and sauna which didn’t disappoint and was great for our kids. There is a builder’s merchant right next door to the house which isn’t obvious from the photos but was not a particular problem with respect to noise etc. Lots of great walks nearby - which we will have to rediscover in the future in better weather! Thanks to Phoebe and the owners for making us feel welcome and for being available and responsive to our questions.

My second stay at Anne’s place and just as good as before. Anne left me what I required for breakfast which was kind of her. The room and bathroom are ideal for a single traveler. The local pub only 10 minutes away is a good spot and served good food. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Anne.

Great place and great hosts. Sarah welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed. We enjoyed the walks from the Coach House and seeing the lambs. The kitchen was very well equipped. The bedrooms were very spacious.

We had a great stay in this property, our host was very helpful and friendly. The property itself was extremely clean, beds were super comfy and the property had everything we needed for our extended stay. We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful barn conversion. Everything was high spec and it was a cosy yet spacious living space. Lovely kitchen and we were able to cook all our meals. Log burner was gorgeous as were the comfy sofas and chairs (my 8 year old son said the arm chairs were the most comfortable he had ever sat in!). My mother in law loved the high quality pillows and I was really pleased about the lovely hand wash and shower gel. Luxury touches! The surrounding countryside is breathtaking. We walked to the top of the hill opposite for panoramic mountain views. Had lovely afternoons out in Brecon and Hay on Wye. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Stayed here before for work, the place is amazing they’ve thought about everything. It’s based for cyclists but we stayed for work. Absolutely amazing. Even includes a small workroom with tools for repairing your bicycle and a small office upstairs!! Will definitely stay again. phone chargers in every room near every bed, Netflix and Disney+ included, one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in!

The accommodation was really nice, decorated tastefully and everything there that was needed for our stay. Nice and warm and plenty of room. Needed a few bits of information from Phil who rang us immediately to answer our questions, very helpful.

Very pleasant place fitted out sensitively to an old style. Bedrooms and shower were excellent. Close to pubs and shops but far enough away they are not a bother. Parking is on the road where you can find it but we didn't have any problems.

Roz’s home was pristine. Great amenities, great location and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Working from home was also super convenient with very fast internet. Would recommend.

This must be a contender for the most beautiful property on Airbnb Cotswolds. Idyllic peaceful setting, surrounded by woodland and fields. Utter tranquility. yet proximity to a picture postcard country pub and with Cirencester just 10 mins away. The thatched annex is spacious, luxurious and has exceptional attention to detail both inside and out. Very well laid out kitchen with high end fixtures. We cooked a couple of evenings, indeed our best meals of the trip. Becky, the charming and elegant host, greeted us upon arrival. I did text a couple of times with questions and the reply was instant. Her family was in residence but maintained a very low profile during our stay, barely a curtain flicker. I generally try to throw in some sort of negative comment to a review to show balance but in truth am too in love with the property to find one. If the configuration of bedrooms and bathroom suits your requirements then I unhesitatingly recommend this property.

Home away from home it suited our family thank you for the warm welcome it was just what we needed!

The stay was great, there were plenty of extras that werent expected like milk in the fridge and cereals to help ourselves to. Clean, tidy, well maintained. Great offroad parking too. Would recommend.

Had a wonderful weekend celebrating 60th birthday with grown up ‘kids’. Accommodation was perfect - spacious kitchen and dinning area, good games room, lovely lounge and nice modern bedrooms. Location was beautiful and peaceful - need a car to get to pubs shops restaurants etc but that was no issue. Weather was helpful being April - sunny and springlike which allowed us to enjoy the gardens and surrounding area.
