Window AC units in summer. TV in bedroom. (For some reason, the listing says 4 beds; that is incorrect.) The apt. is on the 2nd floor: 26 steps. (No elevator.) Parking in lot across the street. If one house isn't enough, we also own the 2 bedroom "Cozy House" right next door.
