2 lovely rooms in old town house

In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Unser 2018 neu ausgebautes und eingerichtetes Apartment mit ca. 28 m2 verfügt über ein Wohn/Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Küche und einem Essbereich sowie einem eigenen Bad mit Dusche. Das Doppelbett hat eine Größe von180x200 cm. Inmitten der Mozartstadt, umgeben von diversen Restaurants und den bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Salzburg bietet es eine optimale Lage um Salzburg zu erkunden.

Schöne gepflegte Wohnung mit alten Parkettböden im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses aus dem Jahr 1938. Die Wohnung besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Bett 180 cm), Wohnzimmer, Bad und Garderobe. Eine gemütliche Laube steht dir vor deiner Eingangstüre zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist so eingerichtet wie ich es selber gerne habe wenn ich Gast bin: In der Garderobe ist Platz für zwei große Koffer, es gibt viele Möglichkeiten Sachen aufzuhängen. Die Atmosphäre ist bunt, individuell und verspielt.

In our renovated historic townhouse in prime location, a modern 21 m² (225 sq ft) guest studio for 1–2 people awaits you. It is safely accessible via a shared stairwell, with a separate entrance. Enjoy full privacy in your own area, used exclusively by you. In our inner courtyard below the fortress, a small private seating area is available for your exclusive use. The local overnight accommodation tax is included in the price and enables free use of public transportation.

Stylish Historic Apartment with Old Town Views This charming apartment is set in a beautifully preserved historic building and offers rare, unobstructed views over Salzburg’s Old Town. Quietly located yet within walking distance of key sights, cafés, and markets, it’s the perfect retreat to experience the city’s charm away from the crowds. Please note: The apartment is not directly accessible by car. Public parking is available about a 7-minute walk away.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

As this house is in the pedestrian area all is very quiet and conveniant. You can almost shop everything within 200 m and have a fantastic breakfast at the famous Cafes Tomaselli (Alter Markt) or Cafe Fürst (Brodgasse 13 - best Mozartkugeln in the world) nearby.
