I locali sono situati al piano terra di una porzione di un villino immerso tra gli ulivi nella collina di Città Sant'Angelo , uno dei Borghi più belli d'Italia a circa 10 km dall'uscita della A14 di Pescara Nord. L'altra unità abitativa del villino è occupato dal proprietario. Ideale per un rilassante soggiorno tra spiagge e montagne.

Perfect and cozy space for maximum of 4 people, includes two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and living room space is connected with kitchen and dinning room. Since it's located on the 6th floor, open balcony gives you great opportunity of late night relaxing. Apartment comes with free parking on the property. There's two parking spaces, one outside and one in the garage. Parking space is marked and it's closed for others. Also to note - our household is fully vaccinated.

Old town is only 10 min away along most beautiful waterfront Promenade. The nearest beach and beach bar are 200 m away. Park forest, Sustipan waterfront park and ACI Yacht harbour are only 300 m away. Private garage for your car is 70 m away from your property. In front of the Villa most of the time there are parking spots free of charge 😊

Kindly invited to our pleasant family house with four different size apartments. The apartment "Lavanda" is adjusted for a wheelchair. Each apartment has its own entrance and a covered terrace with a table and chairs. There is a wide variety of herbs and spices available to guests in our garden. In front of the house there is a free parking lot. It is also possible to store bikes or motor bikes, and to use a washing machine and a tumble dryer (extra charge).
