The apartment is very spacious and can comfortably host five adults. Each bedroom has a double bed, closet and a working desk with a wireless charging lamp. Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Opustite se sa svojom obitelji ili prijateljima u ovom ugodnom smještaju.Apartment Rita nalazi se na mirnoj lokaciji s pogledom na Rijeku Dubrovačku i Dubrovački most. Plaža je udaljena 8 min hoda. U blizini se nalaze kafići i restorani. Nedaleko od smještaja nalazi se izvor rijeke Omble. Trgovine i pekara su u krugu 300 m. Udaljenost od centra grada je 10 km automobilom ili javnim prijevozom. Autobusna stanica je 5 min hoda. Idealno za razgledavanje i upoznavanje grada te povratak u mirnu oazu.

Seafront apartment and first row to the sea in our family house with traditional Dalmatian restaurant overlooking the sea. Just 4 km far from the Old City and center, 2 km from the Port and 2 km from ACI Marine! Has one bedroom with double beds and extra bed (couch) in living room. The apartment is very well equipped: has LCD TV, Wi-Fi, air-condition, washing machine, good equipped kitchen and there are several free public parking places in front of it, but we do not have private parking place.
