We had a wonderful experience staying at this charming, historic townhouse. A warm and inviting atmosphere for our family to relax and spend quality time together in the evenings. Location was ideal,-walking distance to a variety of fun restaurants, and parking was convenient when we did need to leave the area. The host was responsive and instructions were clear. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back again!!

The apartment was just as pictured and conveniently located near a grocery store and the zoo. It was a quiet neighborhood on the weekend and weekdays.

Such a cute & spotless apartment, so close to where we were going for a concert. Absolutely would stay again. :)

Highly recommended. Very beautiful, cozy, and warm private space that just make you feel at home and at peace. Everything was well organized and in place for a perfect stay. Washer and dryer availability was a big plus. Location is central to a lot of food and transportation options. Truly enjoyed the stay and would definitely be back when next in the area.

Anna and her husband are amazing hosts! They are incredibly accommodating. The airbnb felt very homey and had plenty of kitchen utensils.

Perfect for what we needed, a comfy place to sleep and have breakfast. The area was quiet, private, easy on street parking , comfortable bed with cotton linen's was a plus, the apartment is clean with up to date furnishings... we would recommend it to anyone staying in Saratoga Springs

If your travels take you to the Albany area, Kristin's apartment is a must stay. It felt like a luxury hotel suite with the comfort of home. We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years and Kristin has set a new standard when it comes to communication, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and amenities. The towels and bed linens were top quality. The bed was super comfortable. The snacks were much appreciated. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Kristin has thought of everything. She could teach a master class on being a top host.

Great place to stay: walkable to downtown without having too much noise to worry about, and great off street parking!

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

Absolutely loved this house, this lake and surrounding area. The house was ideal for us. We had a full house with 10 guests for our son’s wedding. Could not have been more perfect. Adults loved the house, spa and views. Grandkids fell in love with the lake and dock. (And pet carp!) Rich was very helpful with questions and left clear instructions (and wonderful stories) at the house. We talked about coming back even before we left. Cheers!

Melissa's place was comfy, clean, and cozy. She thought of everything + when it came to the amenities. Only 20 minutes from Cooperstown village. There was a helpful guide book with local listings.

Our hosts were very easy to work with. I felt they cared about our visit and wanted to accommodate us in any way that would make her stay even more pleasurable. The house offered every convenience, including kitchen items for make-at-home meals. Thanks so much, Brandon and Brian!

best location for XC skiing for 4 of us. Aside from some traffic noise, best bank for the buck visiting lapland lake

Jonathan is a great host! The property was extremely clean and exactly what we were looking forward to. His instructions were clear and very reasonable. He is an effective communicator and a great host.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! The place was spotless! We felt so comfortable with how clean the space was and it was the perfect size for two. A big perk were the heated floors in the bathroom!! Location was perfect—about a 10 minute walk to Broadway. Gillian was quick with her responses whenever we had a question. We would definitely stay here when we travel back to Saratoga Springs!

A friend and I stayed for the weekend and it was perfect! The location is walkable, with restaurants in walking distance. The condo was comfortable, super comfy and homey. David provides all amenities and is super helpful. He provides some of his own recommendations and is super responsive. We definitely would love to stay again.

Kevin’s place was a perfect fit for us! The neighborhood was quiet and the description of the apartment was spot on! It was close to the Stanley theater where we spent most of our weekend! We will surely be back next year!

The accommodations were so comfortable and a great space for playing games and spending time with friends. It was right in the heart of Saratoga and very walkable to all restaurants and shopping. Free parking lots nearby were very convenient. Kerri was responsive and helpful. We hope to make this an annual trip and would absolutely love to stay here again.
