This memorable getaway is anything but ordinary. The Cooperstown Boathouse studio apartment is located on the highly coveted east side of Otsego Lake. Here, you'll enjoy endless summer sunshine that turns into the most breathtaking red sunsets. Swim, kayak, paddle board, fish, boat and read by the lake during the day. Roast s'mores and catch shooting stars around the campfire at night. The best part of the Cooperstown Boathouse is falling asleep to the melodic sounds of the lake waves below you.

Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Driveway gate can be locked at night It borders Saratoga Racetrack, making it a few minutes walk to either entrance. Racing Museum, Fasig Tipton and downtown are all within 4 blocks. The two story guesthouse is welcoming, well equipped (no TV), has AC, 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofabed, is near Royal Ski Mount. (20 min), Glimmerglass (29 min) Copperstown (38 min), & Albany (50 min).
