Grand Apartment in Otto Wagner Palais / Breakfast

Whether you want to spend a weekend with your family or you need a home base for three months. Embedded within the famous Wundsam Palace Stadiongasse 6-8 you will find what you are looking for. A two winged apartment on 206 m² with up to 10 sleeps in 4 sleeping rooms and one grand living room. The close proximity to the Parliament, the Town Hall and the famous Kunst- and Naturhistorisches Museum are just few of many step stones, which you will find provided on your path to an exclusive stay in imperial Vienna. The two winged Wiener Suite is suited with four bedrooms, a fine dining / living room, two bathrooms and one kitchen for each wing. If needed, the Grüner Salon may also be fitted as fifth sleeping room. Guest are welcome to use everything they can find in the apartment as guest normally do. I will be reachable on my telephone at all times if any assistance is needed. The building is located in the political center of Vienna between the historic town hall and the parliament. It one of the earlier buildings planed by Otto Wagner, one of the most influential Viennese architects. There is the Subway Station Rathaus U2 and the Tram Lines 1, 2, 71 and D within three minutes of walking. Parking is recommended at the Parkgarage am Museumsquartier for 8 € / Day. If it is needed to take the garbage out, then you will find the possibility to deposit mixed garbage and paper within the house. Paper: If you enter the house, then you will see a door on ground level just to your left. Here you will find 3 bins for paper only. Mixed garbage: If you go down the first stair where the paper is deposited and then to your right, then you will find the waste room to your right in the first patio. Glas is deposited publicly just opposite of the house entrance.

We just finished the apartment October 1st, 2017. Spacious apartment bright clean and newly refurbished in historic Viennese building. Apartment consists if large entryway with small balcony, 2 very large bedrooms with locked doors, living room, TV, Internet, Bose „SoundTouch 10“, bathroom with washer and dryer , fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Peaceful, comfortable and quiet on side street. Grocery store , post office, drug store shops and restaurants all just 1 minute away. Buses, trams and subways all close by. 20 minute walk to the St. Stephan Cathedral. Prestigious 9th district with Freud Museum 10 minutes away. Palace Liechtenstein 5 minutes (URL HIDDEN) much to see and do! This apartment is in an urban area in the 9th district of Vienna, famous for elegant living. It’s just a 4-minute walk to the magnificent Liechtenstein Palace and park. RING Strasse is nearby where all the historic jewels of Vienna can be found. There is public transport nearby: Underground Line U2 Bus 40a Tramway Line D, 38, 41, 42 NEW !!! CITY TAX !!! Please be informed that due to new regulations in Vienna, we are obliged by law to collect a city tax from our guests. We will need to charge 3,2% of your accommodation costs including the cleaning fee. Unfortunately, the tax cannot be collected directly over Airbnb and therefore needs to be paid at the check-in in cash. Please be so kind and prepare the amount in Euros. We will provide you with a receipt for the city tax at the check-in. We apologize for the inconvenience but this newly introduced law must be adhered to. URBAN UNIT has 50m2, fits up to 4 guests & is located in the 16th district of Vienna. A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.

This beautiful, bright, spacious and newly renovated apartment will make your Vienna experiance unique. The U4-Subway-station "Untere St. Veit" is just a 5 min walk from the apartment and the U4 gets you within 15 min to the city center "Karls Platz - Opera" and to the Palais "Schönbrunn" in less then 5 min. The Tram "52" station "Gruschaplatz" is right in-front of the building and it gets you to the famous shopping street "Mariahilfer Strasse" in less than 15 min.

This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

Big penthouse #12 with terrasse and view

Loft with 115m² und 30m² Terrasse near on of the biggest shopping-areas of Vienna, the Mariahhilfer Strasse, 2 min. from Underground Station of U3 and near the railway Station Westbahnhof. You will love the Penthouse because of the nice view over the roofs of Vienna and the spacious flat and luxury furnituire. This loft is good for Groups and Family (with children), but also couples. We welcome everyone from ervery, be only nice and not to noisy.
