The Bunkhouse at Top Hat Equestrian

Relax in this newly refurbished “Bunkhouse” located on a six acre horse farm. Walk the property, pet the horses or simply relax in this cozy retreat - hot tub included! An EV Type 2 charger is available. Guests can come as they are or bring their horse(s) and rent a pasture or stall for an additional fee. Owner lives on site in a separate building. Lob Lolly Farm of Point Clear

This 1100 sq foot apartment is located in the top of our barn. It is very nice and fully furnished with a well appointed kitchen. Our barn is a working barn with 3 horses that come and go. I will allow a pet but must approve and there is a 75.00 pet fee. St Francis Church is a 3 minute drive and the Grand Hotel and Little Point Clear a 5-7 minute drive. Downtown Fairhope is a 5-7 minute drive and a straight shot from my farm, - Gulf shores/Orange beach is 41 minutes away.
