MOLAV Apartment

Enjoy your stay on the first floor of a traditional house in the heart of Molyvos. Originally owned by the Muslim family of Hadji Mendaz Bey, it was passed to Christian families from Ayvalik and Propontis after the 1922 population exchange. Once home to iconic Mayor Konstantinos Doukas, it hosted political and cultural figures. Located on “Mayor Kostas Doukas” street, near the market, bakery and mini market, it offers sea views, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room.

This unique place has a style all its own with a great view of blue & green in the center of Kayalar village, located 5 min drive to spectacular Aegean beaches and restaurants, 15 min drive to Küçükkuyu and Assos.
