Gather ingredients from the farm-stand out front, watch the family farm in action as we garden and tend to the livestock, and enjoy the abundance of wild animals including deer, turkeys, and quail. The space is thoughtfully curated with old barnwood beams, abundant space to rest, and amenities to entertain the whole family.

The Magnolia Cottage is a well appointed one bedroom apartment, located in the Central Coast Wine Country on Highway 1. Situated in the manicured gardens of Lompoc founder William Broughton's historic 1879 Victorian, the Magnolia Cottage offers a comfy Queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, WiFi and TV. Nearby attractions include La Purisima Mission,the Wine Ghetto, Solvang, Santa Barbara, beaches and many wineries. Two triplexes with six renters are also on property.

Bunkhouse - Cozy Rustic Retreat

Stay in a rustic ranch bunkhouse, a true country getaway. This log cabin has a tin roof and expansive views of wine country and farm land. Stroll the property to visit livestock (goats, alpacas, chickens, etc) and take a short drive to the best vineyards. This is a quiet and spacious accommodation in an exclusive neighborhood in Mesa Oaks. The home is a light filled airy space with a King Suite and two Queen Suites. These suites feature comfortable beds and abundant fresh air. There is a master bath attached to the King suite and another full bath with tub for the two Queen Suites. There is a newly remodeled kitchen and adjoining dining area that seats 8 people.
