Admire the Minimalist Style of This Excellent Pent House

Book this place and you’ll be staying in the heart of Miraflores. To say this place was amazing is an understatement. It has all the amenities you need and is perfect no matter how long you stay. Gabriela was a fantastic host. She was responsive, kind, and generous. Whenever we needed something, she was prompt and accommodating to ensure we were being taken care of. This penthouse is close to all the amazing places in Miraflores and a short Uber ride away from wherever you need to go. Some highlights include: ⁃ A 2-minute walk to Parque Kennedy ⁃ A 20-minute walk to the ocean side and surfing lesson schools ⁃ Close to Spanish schools in Miraflores ⁃ Close to Metro, Wong, and Plaza Vea grocery stores ⁃ Awesome security team that are present 24/7 ⁃ A big kitchen with great appliances ⁃ Very comfortable queen sized bed ⁃ Close to lots of cafes and restaurants Book this place for your next visit to Lima and get ready to have the best stay ever!

Beautiful APT 2BR close to San Isidro & Miraflores

This apartment was spotless, spacious, and beautifully prepared with thoughtful touches, from the welcome sign for our family to the delicious local coffee & high-quality shampoo, conditioner, & body wash in both bathrooms. WiFi was fast, the smart TV worked great, and the 3 portable fans were much appreciated. Our host, Enrique, was incredibly kind and attentive. When we accidentally left a couple of items behind, he quickly contacted us and arranged for them to be available at the front reception. Truly five-star hospitality! The only challenge we encountered was the consistent street noise. There was a lot of loud honking from traffic, which was a bit overwhelming, especially for my mother visiting Peru for the first time. While closing the windows & using the fans helped, it did make the apartment warmer during the sunny afternoons. Overall, this was a great experience, & grateful for Enrique’s excellent communication throughout our stay.

I would stay again. While I only stayed for less than a week, I enjoyed it. It had everything I needed and then some. The surrounding area is also very nice, and full of things to do and things to eat. It is also very close to Larcomar and several other places. I know Lima can be dangerous, but this is also located in a safe area. I would use this place again.

Super clean, great area. Lots of places to walk to. Place was clean, we were given a few snacks and essentials upon arrival which were super convenient to not have to go to the store the night we got there. Pillows could be better but place was super clean. Would definitely come back.

This place was awesome. Host exceeded expectations regarding communications. Place was a bit larger than I expected as well. Felt very safe leaving valuables with the security sitting 24 hours at the only access point. A little noisy, but that is the price you pay for an amazing location in the heart of a massive city.

Verdaderamente cumplió ampliamente mis expectativas, dpto muy bien ubicado súper equipado ,cerca de todo y lejos del ruido!! Amplio cómodo,es excelente estado, con mucha seguridad, los dueños muy atentos Lo elegiría siempre para volver a Lima!! Los sugiero cómo una gran decisión alojarse!! Además la zona es bella, a pocos minutos del mar y a 5 cuadras del parque kennedy!!!

Luxury Beachfront Apartment with Amazing View

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment facing the Pacific Ocean. The sunsets were spectacular! Shopping, restaurants, groceries were a short walk away at the LarcoMar mall. There were beautiful parks surrounding the building, with playgrounds for kids. The apartment had all modern amenities and a doorman for added security. Would definitely rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed it! The food recommendations were great so make sure you ask them. The spot literally being by concierge is great. It's secure. It's a beautiful spot. Just a recommendation is to bring yourself some large towels as it is very hard to plan washing and air dry when you are busy going out. Also, bring/buy rolls of toilet paper. The code for internet is on the SIDE of the refrigerator. Since its on the ground level and main street there is some noise you will hear. Just in case you are a light sleeper. Lince is a safe location to walk and 15min without traffic to the main plaza square for good shopping. Other than than that, everything was spot on and we loved the place. It will be dearly missed.

Big comfy bed! 2min walk to the autobus metropolitano which gets you into the city centre very quickly. Lots of space and clean, has a small kitchen which is very handy. Good hot water. All round great value in a good location in Barranco. We had recently come back from trekking in the Cordillera Blanca and host let us dry our tent on the roof. Great stay!

As always, Paul and Maria's place has been welcoming and perfect for those who want a good neighborhood, and reasonably quiet (no place in front or a block or two away of any avenue is dead quiet in Lima). the apartment is very well equipped, so you can cook and have a nice dinner or lunch with a great view outside your window. it is a comfortable place and the hosts are the best. They communicate quickly and are very accommodating. 😊

Ximena was an excellent excellent host. She was extremely responsive, and when we had any issues she would resolve it within a day. When my wife had a knee injury, she helped us order a knee brace off mercado libre and it arrived within a day. The place itself is very nice, and its within a walking distance of some great restaurants. Its within a 10-15 minute uber of Barranco and San Isidro. We loved the place and would stay again

Debo resaltar mucho la buena y permanente disposición para responder y atender todas las consultas, apoyar en todas las dudas e incluso enviar a una persona que nos ayude directamente. Realmente es una anfitriona de primera, además de que el hospedaje brinda todo lo que ofrece en el anuncio y más. Estamos muy agradecidos y contentos con la estadía y principalmente con nuestra anfitriona.

La estadía fue genial, nos brindo facilidades para el acceso ya que llegabamos de un vuelo de madrugada, súper cansados, pero Ericka fue muy gentil en darnos todas las indicaciones y estadia adecuada, es una excelente opción.

Estupendo departamento en San Isidro. Muy bien situado en una zona segura y tranquila. A un paso de supermercados y restaurantes de Av. 2 de Mayo en Lince y a unos minutos caminando o en uber de restaurantesen S. Isidro. El parque del olivar a 10 min caminando te llena los pulmones de aire fresco. El depa es tal y como aparece en las fotos. Extremadamente silencioso y con cortinas black out que facilitan un descanso total. La limpieza 2 días por semana facilita mucho el aprovechamiento del tiempo cuando estás por trabajo o vacaciones. Por poner un área de mejora, decir que no tiene ninguna plataforma tipo Netflix preconfigurada en los televisores, por tanto tienes que configurar las tuyas (suponiendo que tengas).

Central location in San Isidro. The unit is exactly as shown in the photos. It was great for us to stay for two weeks. Note that a window in the living room is always slightly open by design of the building for ventilation, not the owner's fault.
