Enjoy newly constructed, stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Close to dining, shopping, recreation and Bde Maka Ska (lake). Access to professionally landscaped yard with an adirondack seating area, fire pit or stream your favorite movie on the movie screen. Walk, jog or bike the paths around the lakes. Some of my favorite establishments - all walking distance - Black Walnut Bakery, Sooki & Mimi, Basement Bar, Uptown Cafe, Granada Theater, Barbette, Amazing Thailand & Tenka Ramen.

Sibley Loft - adorable one bed one bath with patio

The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

Close to Uptown, easy access to downtown, parks, lakes, restaurants, shops, & bars. This is a private guest suite with a separate entrance and a small kitchenette in an ideal Minneapolis neighborhood. We live upstairs with our two little kids, so there will be times where you'll hear activity, but it's not constant. We're mindful of our volume, and are confident you'll enjoy your stay! Bikes are included upon request! We also have electric bikes available at $40/day. ~30 mile charge, 20 MPH.

This cozy and clean unit is on the street level of our house located in Whittier neighborhood, Minneapolis. It’s most suitable for 1-2 people, length of stay from 2 nights to 3-4 months. You'll have your private entrance to the apartment. It has a kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom and a living room just for your use. Our one bedroom garden level suite is a perfect home base as you explore the Twin Cities. Perfect location for exploring the city. Just a 7 minute walk to the lightrail and buses. And a 10-15 minutes drive to Mall of America, airport, the Armory, U.S. Bank Stadium, or downtown Minneapolis. Full living room, bedroom, bathroom, a mini kitchenette located in the laundry room, with free laundry. Guests have private entrance to the space and private parking.

Cozy, sunny, lower-level apartment. Top-tier neighborhood of historic mansions, great for walking, biking, running. Fully-equipped kitchenette with granite countertops, dishwasher, and stainless steel appliances. Dedicated workspace and top-speed wifi. Extra room can serve as private 2nd bedroom with sofa bed pulled out. Shared laundry room but otherwise the place is yours alone with your own entrance. Note: this is a walkout basement apartment.

Main Level Apartment 1BR 1BA LR Kitchenette

Newly remodeled in 2024 private living space including 1 bedroom, living room, full bathroom and a small kitchenette (all private, not shared), with basics for a traveler: minifridge, microwave, tea kettle, coffee maker (K-cup), toaster, blender, dishes, pots and pans, utensils and a sink. To reach the suite, guests enter through common entrance and the suite is on main level. (only need to climb 5 stairs to the house entrance)
