The Oculus Tinyhouse at Innisfree Farms

Innisfree Farms is a rural retreat in northern West Virginia with five dwellings on a 70-plus acre farm. The Oculus is the perfect country getaway for solos or couples. Cozy Getaway

This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two queen comfortable beds and pillows, professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and three smart TVs and wi-fi. Close to everything in the Steubenville-Weirton area, including Franciscan University of Steubenville, hospitals in Steubenville and Weirton and The Pavilion at Star Lake amphitheater. You’ll feel right at home!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one-bedroom cottage offers amazing Ohio River views. Sit and relax on the beautiful back deck while you enjoy watching the barges float by. We loved restoring this space as a family, and we hope that you'll feel equally at home playing games or sharing meals here with your family and friends. Centrally located less than 1 mile from FUS, Kroger, and local restaurants, and only 13 miles (17 min) from Star Lake Pavilion. The vaulted ceilings and original chimney make the home spacious and cozy. We love living in Steubenville and we hope that staying here enhances your visit to our hometown, too!

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm

Get out of town and relax in this peaceful cottage situated on our 54 acre family farm. The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.

The Loft

The Loft is located on our homestead, which was a fruit farm. The Loft is a three bedroom apartment set above a storage garage. There is a beautiful picnic area with a fire pit and plenty of room to relax. We hope you will have a pleasant stay at the Loft. You will find it fully furnished and ready for a "home away from home"
