Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available and more can be rented nearby.

Omega Bed and Breakfast

Omega B & B, built in 2023, is a private, two-story, tiny home on the property of the hosts. Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. More parking is available, if needed. Check out local attractions online.

Conveniently located 3 miles, West of M5, 3 miles North of I 696. Only 3 houses away from lake, access is for swimming, or kayak, canoe launch, no boat launch at this access. This is not for picnic or parties, only for water craft, toys, and swimming. In Wolverine Lake. The house is not on the water. Enjoy a relaxed comfortable stay, with full access to the entire ranch home. In the small town setting of all sports, Wolverine lake. Home is just north of Walled lake, and Novi Mi.
