Fire pit (w/ firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, gas grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed w/ pet fee. (No cats please)

This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

Our Texas sized, pet friendly Barndo is a 3,600 sq. ft. Lake House, located on ~3 acres overlooking Toledo Bend Lake. Our spacious Barndo sleeps 16 in beds with additional space for air mattresses. We are on a bluff above the lake which offers stunning panoramic views of Toledo Bend and beautiful sunsets. If you are coming to enjoy water activities, we are conveniently located between 3 boat ramps (~1 mile away). Shore fishing/swimming is available just 1 mile away at Holly Park Marina.
