Palo Gaucho cove across yard to private waterfront. Kayaks. Sunflower whimsey for smiles. Feeders, baths & nest boxes will tempt you to be a bird watcher if not already! Your family or team will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. This 3 BD/2BA brick home is located on the #4 green of Pendleton Harbor 9-Hole PAR 3 golf course and has a lake view of Carrice Creek. Situated on a corner lot with pull through carport/garage with over a 1/2 acre of yard for extra parking if needed. There are two public boat launches, two full-service restaurants, convenience store, Dollar General and Keith's Tackle store within a 1-2 mile radius.

This cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect place to get away from it all. This house can sleep five guest. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. In the backyard there is a deck, fire ring, fish cleaning station. There is water access when the lake is at near full pool guest will be able to dock their boat. There also is a community boat launch. We added a hot tub.

Black top roads leading to cabin. 2 Boat launches less then a quarter mile away. Less than 20 min away from Cypress Bend Park.
