Beautifully decorated clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard and large patio and grills. Lots of nature close by with shopping and restaurants. Cozy cottage has the flavor of yesterday with modern amenities. Has a Full bath, kitchen, living room and two bedrooms. We have upgraded to fiber optic. We would love to host you! Non smoking. Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Cute, fully renovated Kitchen and bathroom. Air conditioned. Everything you need; dishwasher, washer and dryer. New kitchen was only recently installed for your enjoyment. New wifi Jan 2023. Check in 4pm, Check out 11am. We have a shared backyard so we cannot allow dogs/pets.

This home is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping but still in a quiet and quaint location. 5 minutes West of I-15, 35 mins to the ski resorts, 25 mins to SLC Airport, 20 mins to downtown, and 15 mins to Lehi! *We welcome Small Dog (sub35lb) $25/night. I'm happy to host you & your pets! My home is in a safe, quiet neighborhood away from busy streets, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake International Airport. The guest area is the main level, about 900 square feet. I don't charge cleaning fees. Requests with kids ages 2-12 will be declined for their safety, no exceptions. I live in the separated basement with my dog; we don't go into the guest space. Stays 28+ days require a signed lease.
