Pondarosa - 2 bedroom barn conversion

A bright and airy two bedroom barn conversation with exposed beams on the side of our family home on the outskirts of Holcombe Village in Radstock. With parking outside the door and being on one level with widened internal doors, the accommodation is suitable for all abilities. The first of two bedrooms has a double bed and the second has two single beds. The bathroom has a walk in shower, towels provided. The Cobblers in Timsbury, on the edge of Bath, is a fabulous detached property. A little haven away from the hustle & bustle of daily life but also a short drive away from Bath, Bristol & many other beautiful spots. It has one bedroom with a king size bed, a luxurious bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with table & chairs. The living room is large & very comfortable with bi-fold doors opening up on to a private terrace with pretty views of the garden.

With a spacious bedroom complete with comfy King sized bed and a further Futon works high end sofa bed in the living room when required. The Pigsty

The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. Great footpaths to explore the countryside, you need a car to make the most of your stay. Maximum of two guests Check in from 4pm

Grove Lodge is a modern, peaceful, Somerset retreat close to Bath, Wells and Bristol. The spacious open plan living area features a full size pool table, 75" TV and full sound system perfect for watching your favorite movies and sports, plus a fully equipped kitchen and dining space makes it the ideal place for entertaining. Upstairs offers a large double bedroom, two good size single bedrooms and bathroom. Easy-onsite parking for multiple vehicles for a hassle free stay.

Sprawl out with a paperback on the sofa amid charming fixtures, nature-inspired decor, and hardwood floors. A 1 bedroom self contained bungalow in the grounds of our house, all newly refurbished with tasteful decor throughout. The bedroom has a double bed but we can also offer a sofa bed in the living room & travel cot (if needed).

Set in the beautiful Somerset countryside on a quiet family farm. The Sheep Shed offers privacy to relax, wind down and take in the gorgeous surroundings. Own entrance and private parking included. Full kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. King size bed and underfloor heating through out. Situated in the quiet hamlet of Edford, Holcombe is 30 minutes away from Bath, 20 minutes from Wells and Glastonbury, 10 minutes from Shepton Mallet and Frome.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Full en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed. 3 Double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. Fully equipped Kitchen, Living room & dining room Guests have exclusive use of The Annexe and patio area adjacent to it. The Annexe can accommodate up to 8 people

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.
