Just a 20 minute drive from Bath or Wells, Whippletree Cottage sleeps four people. An open plan kitchen/living room and lovely walk in shower room complete the picture; underfloor heating throughout and a wood burner keep you cosy on those winter evenings. A barn conversion located on a small dairy farm, Whippletree Cottage enjoys stunning view across the Mendip hills from your garden which has a wooden table and chairs. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate dogs in Whippletree Cottage.

Two double bedrooms, one with free-standing roll top bath (option to add an extra bed/cot for a child); shower room; large open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with two sets of double doors leading to a private outdoor dining terrace (with BBQ & fire pit); view and shared use of our paddock with rope swing, baby swing and trampoline for children.

Welcome to this delightful period cottage in the picturesque village of Chew Maga. This two-bedroom home combines timeless charm with modern comforts. Situated in the heart of Chew Magna, the cottage is just a short 5 minute stroll from the village’s extensive amenities. The cottage is surrounded by scenic walking trails and a short walk to Chew Valley lake and close to the Mendip Hills. Bristol airport is 10 minutes away, Bath 10 miles away and Bristol 6 miles away.

Hulbert’s Place: C15th house in the heart of Wells

This charming Grade II-listed two bedroom maisonette is situated within a row of ancient dwellings, just a short stroll from Wells Cathedral, The Bishop's Palace and the heart of Wells. Each of the two levels are embellished with wonderful authentic details such as original beams, restored timber floorboards and stone fireplaces. Originally built in the 15th century, the house has been sympathetically restored with an abundance of character, comfort and style.

The Coach House between Bath & Wells

The Coach House is situated within gated grounds of our Georgian home and had recently gone under complete renovations and now boasts a luxurious and contemporary style of living. This includes an open plan kitchen, dining and living space of which the kitchen incorporates integrated fridge, freezer, hob, double oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining table can extend and comfortably seat 12 people making it perfect for family/friends to get together.

Full en-suite master bedroom with king-size bed. 3 Double bedrooms and a bedroom with bunk beds. Fully equipped Kitchen, Living room & dining room Guests have exclusive use of The Annexe and patio area adjacent to it. The Annexe can accommodate up to 8 people

Cosy barn style stay in Somerset

Get cosy and snug in The Wrens Nest, a lovingly converted one-bed, barn-style house with private parking that is just a 20 minute drive from the gorgeous city of Bath. Day trips are easy to Stonehenge, Glastonbury Tor, Cheddar Gorge and Longleat. The house has a vintage-style throughout, including a hand-built kitchen. Upstairs is light and airy with elevated ceilings and original beams. A small outdoor seating area has been recently added.

The Hole in the Wall, Nr Bath, Longleat, Cheddar

The Hole in the Wall is a Grade 2 listed building, the owners occupy the main house at the front and the holiday cottage (which is separate) is at the side/rear, it is 20 - 30 mins from Bath, Wells, Longleat, Glastonbury & Cheddar. On the ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen diner, on the first floor there is a very large lounge with sofas at one end and a double bed at the other end. There is a separate bedroom with twin beds.
