Westerlands is Set in the South Downs National Park, on a quiet farm, this beautiful self built yurt, makes it a peaceful spot for a romantic getaway. Breathtaking views of the South Downs from the accommodation make this a stunning setting, with plenty of gorgeous woodland walks close by, as well as links to the South Downs Way and several lovely local pubs nearby. South Downs View, in West Sussex, is a peaceful, comfortable studio flat over garage that we call 'THE FOG'. It is situated on a pick your own fruit farm where you can enjoy visits to our family run farm shop (Monday to Saturday) that offers local artisan produce and a cafe serving home cooked food and speciality coffee. The FOG is a perfect place to stay for a few days away in the country or an ideal stopover if you are taking on the challenge of walking or cycling the South downs way.

Pevensey Pearl Platinum Caravan /prestigious site

Comfortable space for four people can accommodate six with extra charge per person over 4. One king size bed. Two x 2’6” beds that can be made as a double on request, a 4ft pull out sofa bed in the lounge area. Travel cot/high chair available. Caravan is of Platinum standard (Park Holidays grading). Gated outdoor deck and seating catching the sun all day. Heated indoor swimming pool, steam room/jacuzzi. Gymnasium (passes not included in your booking fee). Close to beach. Disabled access.

On the South Downs Way, nestled in a beautiful spot amongst trees, with countryside views across farmland, The Nest is a hand-built wooden cabin positioned at Springfields, Spring Gardens Nursery. An area of natural beauty, yet a short walk to the PYO areas, farm shop and wonderful cafe at The Gooseberry House, it has immediate access to footpaths and is ideal for walkers and cyclists. The property is a delightful 2 bedroom Victorian cottage in a quiet street off Lewes Road, next to supermarkets, pubs, a bus stop or 20 min walk to the beach. It's beautifully decorated with a touch of rustic charm, perfect as a home away from home. The sunny southwest facing garden is accessed through French doors leading out from the dining area. Free street parking for one car. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO PARKING SPACE ON PROPERTY.

The Granary, Organic Vineyard stay with Pool.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

The Haven

The Haven is a bright and spacious Annex which overlooks Peacehaven Beach. The sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. The master bedroom has a double bed and the lounge has a brand new futon which opens out into another double bed. Peacehaven has all the shops you need within 2 minute walking distance. Brighton City Centre is a 15 minute bus or car journey. Your hosts, Tony and Chrissy are very welcoming and caring.
