Come enjoy a peaceful weekend in a beautiful two story cabin with 16 acres of property to explore. This western cabin has plenty of space to accommodate a large group offering several amenities such as an outdoor basketball court, fishing, and a fire pit for late nights under the stars or roasting s'mores with loved ones. Also, wrap around porch with rocking chairs and swings.

The Firefly is located in heart of Dawson, Texas only a short drive to beautiful natural landscapes of country fields, small businesses, and five minute drive to the Navarro Mills Lake. You will enjoy the rural charm of a small town off the main road that will take you straight into Waco if you go West 40 minutes or Corsicana if you go East 30 minutes. The Firefly is 1.15 hours away from Dallas, Texas. If you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation spot, we welcome you to the Firefly.

Nestled on 50 acres located near the tail end of Tradinghouse Lake & across the road from Lake Mart. Our cozy little farm is a wonderful place to sit back, relax, & enjoy the country life. Say hello to our cows & donkey, roast marshmallows over a fire, cast a line in one of our ponds, or take a peaceful walk down to the big lake. It is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway or rest from your visit to Waco & the Silo District (25 min), Baylor University (20 min), or Waco Surf (10 min).

Our cabin has an open concept, 3 bedrooms, 2 full/2 half-baths and enough space for gaming and lounging with friends, family, and groups. The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel cookware and double ovens for your culinary needs. A propane grill and wood smoker is available for BBQ enthusiasts.
