The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. There are concrete and rocky beaches in front of house! You’ll love my place: clean sea, beautiful view on Pag, green shades. It's great for couples and families: there is variety of one day destinations to visit within 1-2 hour drive. We are close to Karlobag (10 min), Pag (30 min by ferry), Senj (1 hour) and Zadar (1,5 hour).

This detached holiday house with a private heated pool is near the beach in a quiet location on a road with little traffic in the village Zubovici near Novalja on the island of Pag.
