This is a beautiful, well-lit 2 bedroom private apartment in the Broadmoor neighborhood of Uptown, affectionately called "The Heart of New Orleans." Enjoy staying in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a short 5 to 15 minutes of Downtown and the French Quarter, as well as great Uptown locations including St. Charles Avenue, Magazine Street, Audubon Park and the Tulane and Loyola University areas. The house is just as close to Mid City, City Park, and the Fair Grounds, right in the middle of town!

1 bed/1bath COMPLETELY PRIVATE UNIT. I am right on a Main boulevard and there’s a bus stop right across the street from the house. You can use my driveway for parking or rely on uber/ lyft if you’re flying in. I’m 1.8mi from the airport 12mi from downtown. Bus is not reliable in the city so I recommend using Lyft or a rental. Walmart is 3 blocks away from home and several restaurants are in the area. NO MORE THAN 2 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED UNLESS I AGREE TO AN EXTRA GUEST FOR A CHARGE.

This full apartment is the other half of our Shotgun Double home. We are conveniently and centrally located in the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood in New Orleans. Our place is about 1 mile from the beautiful City Park and our apartment is also an easy walk to the Lafitte Greenway and Esplanade Ave. We are located about 2 miles from the French Quarter. Our house was built between 1897 and 1903. The light, airy 700 sqft unit was completely renovated in 2007 and recently received a nice fresh coat of paint. K/B have tiled floors and counters, rest of the spacious apartment has lovely Brazilian Cherry floors. Professional photography (my own) grace the walls. We live on the other side. This is not a party house, we're looking for quiet guests who will enjoy our home and neighborhood.
