Our own apartment is located in the heart of Mestre, next to the best restaurants, bakeries, shops. Venice is just around the corner, with a tramway direct link a few steps away! Refurbished in 2017, we tried to fill the house with all our love to give you a perfect stay, just like a home away from home!

My apartment is just 10 minutes by tram or bus from Venice, splendid art city, 400 meters from the 'University Campus Ca' Foscari, 5/10 minutes walk from the station (900 meters), the bus stop is 100 meters, 50 meters there is a McDonald's Interspar, WFP, and some restaurants. L 'Motorway is 2 km away, Padova in 30 minutes, Treviso, Gardaland by train. And 'suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children)

Welcome to my beautiful, cozy apartment in the historical center of Mestre. The spacious flat offers you the perfect start to discover Venice. In only 6 minutes walking, you can find the metro station or bus stop that brings you directly to Piazzale Roma in Venice Island. In the evening, you will come home to a charming Italian neighborhood with medieval architecture and great local restaurants, cafés, or bars to enjoy your favorite aperitivo.

At the time of check in we will request a photo ID or passport to check in and also will collect €4 “tassa di soggiorno Venezia Italia”(tourist city taxes) per person per night. Exception person 10-15yo will be charged €2 and children under 10yo are exempt. However the fee is discontinued after 5 consecutive days of stay. You will be given a hand written receipt provided to us by the city. Let us know if you have any questions.
