La casa vacanze "L'Altalena Gialla" è un accogliente e luminoso appartamento di 90 mq al 2° piano (senza ascensore) di una casa storica del 1924 nel centro di Marghera recentemente restaurato. E' posta in una zona molto comoda a tutti i servizi e trasporti da Marghera verso Venezia. Ha un ampio giardino con posto auto gratuito incluso e una pergola che nei mesi estivi è ombreggiata da una vigna centenaria; c'è un'originale "Altalena Gialla" che contraddistingue il giardino.

Dispone di tutti gli elettrodomestici di base come la lavatrice e il forno elettrico. E' ubicato in zona residenziale/popolare assai tranquilla e comoda ai mezzi di trasporto. Il ceck-in dalle ore 15,00 alle 19,00, si effettua in presenza.
