Casa Emilietta Cottage with private garden

Charming and rustic building surrounded by nature, in the picturesque village of Montorfano. A path begins near the romanic church and you have to walk 200 meters uphill. Furnished in a simple and yet functional way including an induction cooker and a microwave oven, a Wi-Fi connection and a pellet stove for heating. There is a beautiful canopy between the house and the bathroom. The house is close to Lake Maggiore and to the lake of Mergozzo, which can be easily reached with a 20 minute walk.

Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

Chalet La Barona

Splendido chalet appartato in un angolo nascosto del Piemonte, al confine con la Svizzera situato a 1300 mls. Lo chalet è all'interno di in un’oasi verde di prato, pascolo e orti, circondata da una fitta foresta di pini secolari. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, il contatto con se stesso e la natura. La vista sui 4000 svizzeri è mozzafiato! Durante la stagione invernale, in caso di nevicate, bisognerà parcheggiare a circa 500 mt dallo chalet, vi aiuteremo volentieri con i vostri bagagli!

La casa, ristrutturata nel 2023, si trova a poca distanza dal centro di Mergozzo e dal lago. Su due piani, al piano terra offre un ampio e luminoso soggiorno con cucina a vista e un bagno. La scala di legno porta al piano superiore, dove si trovano le due camere da letto, di cui una matrimoniale con vista sul lago e balcone, l'altra con letto da una piazza e mezza, cioè 120cm e ingresso indipendente sul retro. All'esterno si trova un'ampia zona a giardino contornata dal bosco circostante.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
