Amazing beach house

Our house is situated right three meters away from the beach of Halkidiki, famous for its crystal clear waters. It offers guests the opportunity to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the wonderful turquoise waters of the area. The place is also recommended for sports activities such as hiking and trekking. It has a wonderful view to Mount Athos. Our house is suitable for families with children and all adult stays. Such a premium position makes for a truly fabulous holiday!

Η συγκεκριμένη παραδοσιακή αλλά και πολυτελής κατοικία (150 m2) βρίσκεται σε περιφραγμένο οικόπεδο αποκλειστικής χρήσης 3.000 τετραγωνικών μέτρων εντός του οικισμού Καθηγητών Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης στην Βουρβουρού Σιθωνίας στην Χαλκιδική. Απέχει 150 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και από την δημοφιλή παραλία Φάβα της Βουρβουρούς. Η πρόσβαση στην παραλία μπορεί να γίνει και χωρίς την χρήση αυτοκινήτου μέσω ενός πετρόχτιστου μονοπατιού με εύκολο περπάτημα 5 λεπτών.
